inspiration : glitter & gold

Sweet friends,
Muslims in Malaysia are celebrating Eid-el Adha tomorrow. Selamat Hari Raya Aidiladha to all Muslim friends!!!.

I thought of posting gold & glitter inspiration this week [not necessarily related to the festivity] for some cheer. Enjoy the long weekend!.

    1. At the end of the Hajj season in Mecca, all Muslims celebrate Eid-el-Adha. It is celebrated in remembrance of the trials and triumph of Prophet Abraham :). There is another eid that we celebrated about two months before, which is at the end of the fasting month, Ramadhan. This celebration is called Eid-el Fitri. Hope this helps :). Have a great weekend!     2. Thanks Shahrul! I was in Turkey at the end of Ramadan last year, and yes.. I actually came across the three day festivity at the end of the fast!

    I saw one two weeks ago but only a faint one, not as beautiful as yours.

    1. WOW, I don't see much rainbow here which is strange because I live in the tropics. But this one is special because it was very very close. Feels so lucky :).
