30 Sketches

Dear ones,
My friend Dawn, from Everyday Memories With Project Life has invited us to start a little art challenge, anything artsy and doing it everyday for the whole month. Inspired, I decided to do a-sketch-a-day project. But I started sketching a day late, LOL.

I have always wanted to do 'naive art' for so long and this is a good chance to learn this art. I hope by end of this month, my paintings will look less realistic and becoming more 'child-like' interpretation. Here's what I made this week. Sketches based on postage stamps. Enjoy :).

Love & hugs.

  1. I thought for a moment I was transported back in time and peering at the great works of John James Audubon!! Your naive interpretations are simply amazing. This is an incredible experience and I can't wait to see MORE!! They have somewhat of a zentangle feel to them too.
