tall guy now :)
graduating little spinach into pots.
out of 30-something seedlings, only 8 made it this far.
growing a ginger plant, from store-bought ginger root.
sadly, these are what left of my cactus & succulent.
I am really excited that I could save a few spinach after all. I'm happy to report that my urban gardening is proving to be successful. I'm growing chilies now!. Next, would be tomatoes. BIG job for me. Any advice?. Oh, and I'm growing hibiscus from cuttings. We'll see how it turns out. I wish I could just PAINT all the veggies I want, and they just grow!.
Happy Weekend!. Hugs.
Oh your 10 fingers must be all GREEN, your plants are gorgeous, not like me, I can kill cactus! LOL!
ReplyDeleteI'm so excited to see this post and happy for you!! It would be so cool if we could just draw the plants we want, everything would grow so nice then. I loved seeing these little pots and cans, mini gardens. Keep up the good work and enjoy your new yummy foods.
ReplyDeleteI just checked out a magazine from the library and they said writing a garden dairy is very helpful. In this one they wrote about when they planted and when something died what were the reasons so they could try it different the next time. It said to write down any and all notes/thoughts about it all. Good luck with your chilies and tomatoes!
Happy Weekend!
I think 8 thriving plants is a great success. My thumb is only green with paint, not with growing.
ReplyDeleteYour plants are doing well ... You must give them a lot of love ...
